Privacy: CES editions

Last updated 2026-10-13. Applies to AI Token Saver (ChatGPT Only) and AI Token Saver (Multiple Platforms), the CES skills-only editions.

These plugins contain written instructions and a dated copy of the public model guide. They include no server, no MCP connection and no tools of their own. The plugin author receives none of your prompts, files, account settings or instruction text.

When you ask for advice, your AI app reads the public AI Model Value Map data from GitHub Pages or raw GitHub. The plugin tells the app not to send task text or personal data with that request. GitHub may record network details such as IP address and time under its own policies.

Your AI app processes your conversation under your account's terms and your CES workspace rules. Any change to your instructions or scheduled tasks happens in your own account, only after you approve the exact change.

Do not share student records, sensitive institutional information or PII to get a model recommendation. A broad task description is enough.

Student FERPA data, data containing sensitive institutional information, and personally identifiable information (PII) must only be processed in ChatGPT or Codex while signed into the CES ChatGPT Edu account.
